Lavender and Rose Petal sachets can be used in a bath, in tea, or simply placed in a bowl.

To use the mud mask:
Put 3 Tablespoons of mud mask into a cup, slowly add water to form a thick paste. Apply to face and body and leave on for 30-45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
