Blue Lace Agate: As a healing stone blue lace is one of the key stones for releasing blockages of the throat and is considered the peaceful communication stone. Stimulates the expression of what we feel in the heart and think in the mind. It can ease the harsh edge of communication.
Blue Quartz: Enhances mental clarity, focus and communication. It also helps with organizational abilities, self-discipline and orderliness. This soothing stone is ideal for stress relief.
Lapis Lazuli: It is said to impart ancient knowledge, and the wisdom to use it and to enhance one’s awareness, insight and intellect. It is the stone of spiritual love.
Howlite (blue): A very calming stone. It is an excellent remedy for insomnia and is calming for an overactive mind meaning that it can also be used as an aid for meditation. Howlite aids patience and removes rage and anger. It helps decrease selfishness, stress and anxiety.
Before you start working with crystals and gemstones, they should be cleansed. There are several ways to cleanse crystals, the ones I use most frequently are:
1. Move your crystal back and forth through the smoke of burning sage (or piece of Palo Santo)
2. Place your crystal on a slab of Selenite for a few hours
3. Use Tingsha bells to cleanse the crystals through sound
These crystals are natural so please allow for any imperfections. I will intuitively select the pieces for you.
